Refund policy

No change of mind or refunds

As our products are all custom made, once payment has been made we do not offer a refund or exchange.

If we have made an error, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item so that we can replace if necessary.

If you have made an error in your provided personalisation details for an item, we are not able to refund or re-make. We will work with you to help you out with an affordable solution if you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.

Damages and issues 

We take great care in packaging your item for delivery to ensure it leaves us in perfect condition but we do rely on couriers to be careful too. Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a description of the damage and a photo showing the damage so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If the item does need to be repaired or replaced, the original item must be returned to us with all original packaging.

Wall hanging

All care is taken when attaching the wire wall hangings to the back of our signs. We do not provide the attachment for the wall. Please ensure that you follow all necessary requirements when affixing to a wall, to ensure the item is secure. We are not responsible for any damage caused from a sign that you have placed on a wall.
